Welcome to FrameSC. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use our AI-assisted video production service (the "Service"), and the choices you have about that information.
The Service is operated by a private individual. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service.
If you do not want your information processed in accordance with this Policy, you should not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
(a) Information you provide directly. When you register an account or interact with us, we may collect your username, name, email address and password (stored in hashed form). We may also collect messages you send us, such as support requests and feedback.
(b) Content you create. We receive and store the content you create within the Service, such as scripts, projects, scenes, panels, assets and media you upload, together with metadata about that content.
(c) Information we collect automatically. We automatically collect certain information about your use of the Service, such as activity data and analytics events (e.g. pages visited, features used). This may include information sent by your browser such as your IP address and device/browser type.
(d) Payment data. Billing is handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as a payment service provider. We do not store your full payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
· Providing the Service: allowing you to log in, operating and maintaining the Service, giving you access to your projects and billing you for transactions made through the Service.
· Service improvement: analysing aggregated usage to understand how the Service is used and to improve it.
· Communication: getting in touch with you about technical issues, security alerts or administrative matters, and responding to your requests and support enquiries.
· Safety and security: preventing, detecting and addressing fraud, abuse and security risks relating to the Service.
· Compliance: using or disclosing your information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law or to protect our rights, property or safety.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
We share your information with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, limited to:
· Hosting and infrastructure: Cloudflare.
· Payments: Paddle, which acts as a payment service provider and process your transactions.
· AI generation: third-party AI providers used to generate the video and audio content you request.
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their function, and are subject to obligations consistent with this Policy.
We may also disclose your information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or a legitimate request of law enforcement, or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Service, our users or others.
4. How We Transfer, Store and Protect Your Data
Your information is stored and processed by our third-party providers on infrastructure around the world, including outside the country where you are located. This may involve transferring data to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as your own jurisdiction.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information protected wherever it is stored. Where the Service processes data of users in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers to third countries.
5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the Service, to remember your preferences and to analyse how the Service is used.
By using the Service you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
6. Security
We care about the security of your information and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information and for controlling access to your account.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you transmit to the Service.
7. Your Choices and Control
You can manage and update your account information through the Service at any time.
You can request access, correction or deletion of the data we hold about you by contacting us at info@framesc.com.
You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. You will continue to receive essential service-related communications such as account verification, billing confirmations and security notices.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights in respect of your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@framesc.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, to comply with our legal obligations and to resolve disputes. Following the deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal information, except where retention is required or permitted by law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@framesc.com.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children, and children under the age of 16 (or the minimum legal age in the child's country to provide lawful consent) are not permitted to register for the Service without consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we may have information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it as soon as possible.
11. Links to Other Websites
