Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-06
Welcome to FrameSC! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the AI-assisted video production platform FrameSC (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and they become a legally binding agreement between you and the provider of the Service.
The Service is provided by Samuele Carassai, a private individual, who can be contacted at info@framesc.com.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to form a binding contract and agree to be bound by these Terms. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the full right and authority to agree to and be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
FrameSC is a video production platform that allows you to create, manage and generate video content from scripts, scenes, panels and other material. The Service integrates with third-party AI providers to generate video and audio content you request.
Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal data.
3. Accounts and Security
To use certain features of the Service you must create an account. Each user must have a unique account, and you are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and credentials, and must not allow others to use your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
(i) uploading or creating content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
(ii) attempting to breach or undermine the security, integrity or availability of the Service;
(iii) using the Service to transmit malicious code, spam or phishing;
(iv) reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping or attempting to derive the source code of the Service;
(v) using the Service in violation of applicable law;
(vi) using the Service to generate content that discriminates against or incites hostility or violence towards any person or group.
We investigate suspected violations and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
5. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to the content you upload and create through the Service ("User Content"). You are responsible for the content you create and you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to that content.
By uploading or creating User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy and process that content solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain and improve the Service and to provide it to you.
The Service itself, including its software, design, logo and branding, is the property of FrameSC and may not be used, copied or reproduced without permission.
6. Payments and Credits
The Service may offer paid features, including the purchase of credits used to generate content. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as a payment service provider (merchant of record).
By purchasing credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices may change at any time; changes will not affect purchases already made.
Any taxes applicable to your purchase, where required by your local law, are your responsibility.
7. Third-Party Services and AI Output
The Service relies on third-party AI providers to generate content. These providers are not controlled by us.
AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors, inaccuracies or unsatisfactory results. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant the accuracy, quality or suitability of AI-generated output, and you are responsible for reviewing and using content generated through the Service responsibly.
Your use of any third-party service integrated with the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of that third party.
8. Availability of the Service
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, restrict or remove features, or discontinue the Service, at any time.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for data loss, delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all content and output generated through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider of the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any content generated through it.
The aggregate liability of the provider for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) €100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Samuele Carassai and any service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from or related to (i) your violation of these Terms, or (ii) your User Content and use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may lose access to content associated with your account.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to content, payments, liability, indemnification and governing law) will survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
14. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.
The English version of these Terms prevails. These Terms and the policies referenced in them constitute the entire agreement between you and FrameSC regarding the Service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. By continuing to use the Service after revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them.
16. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@framesc.com.
